This remarkable instrument works in a completely different way from the conventional grater. Originally designed as a precision woodworking tool, its ultra sharp blades proved ideal for use in the kitchen. The tiny razor like edges are created with an etching process, not punched through the metal so the neither tear or shred but gently shave or grate food. They also come with a protective plastic cover.

The Accutec has added a round to oval handle for comfort & a non-slip end for grating ease. Use the grater over a bowl or angled on a counter.

Fine - The razor sharp tool makes extra fine grate of hard cheeses, fresh ginger, garlic, lemongrass or chocolate. It is naturally perfect for citrus zest.

Coarse is ideal for hard cheese, citrus zest & vegetables.
